With Taskworld, you can manage multiple projects and projects that relate to each other. You can use it to ensure all tasks related to a case get accomplished. It allows you to track your individual tasks and collaborate with your team members and their tasks.
In addition to organizing your projects, tasks, and team, it gives you data analysis. An interactive dashboard will let you filter and produce reports for production analysis.
You can work from home confidently, knowing that your work is safe. This project management system uses beta analysis, privacy shields, and advanced privacy settings.

When it comes to pricing, Workfront is just plan complicated. They offer several different solutions, so your price will vary significantly depending on what solutions you need and how many people are on your team.
Then, if that wasn’t enough, there is a massive list of add-ons to choose from. These are nice for customizing your experience but can feel a bit like they are nickel and diming you into an expensive subscription.
4. Slack
Do you need a way to quickly communicate with everyone in your law firm? Slack is an instant messaging system and remote communication tool that will allow everyone on your team to openly and directly communicate with each other.
There are three subscription options, Standard, Plus, and Enterprise grid. Standard will work well for small to medium sized businesses, while Plus is better for larger companies. Enterprise is best for the largest of corporations.

5. Zoom

Once you sign up for your service, you can host an unlimited number of meetings. Then you can have up to 100 or 300 people join your meeting depending on the plan you purchase.

If you need to do more than video chat, then take a look at join.me. Not only can you web conference, but you can do full-screen sharing and host online meetings. Their user interface is super simple with one-click scheduling.
The best part is join.me lets you look like a larger professional company with personalized linked and branded meeting rooms. This is perfect for both interoffice and client presentations.
There are several tools that make hosting your presentation easy. You can share your screen, swap presenters, and use a “whiteboard” to ensure everyone is on the same page.

7. Evernote
